Aceasta informatie a fost confirmata de un studiu comandat de guvernul statului Victoria, in 1975, cu privire la activitatea terapeutilor de medicina alternativa. A tratat un numar impresionant de oameni si personalitati, copii mici si persoane cu dizabilitati, carora le acorda tratamente gratuite.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">In 1974, cand participa la o conferinta nationala pe teme de sanatate, Oswald Rentsch l-a intalnit pentru prima data pe Tom Bowen. Desi nu stia prea multe despre metoda lui Tom, Ossie i-a cerut spontan sa-l invete si pe el metoda lui.<\/p><p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Tom Bowen a fost de acord, iar in urmatorii doi ani si jumatate Ossie a studiat tehnica domnului Bowen, alaturi de alti cinci \u201cbaieti\u201d, fiind in cele din urma singurul autorizat sa-i consemneze lucrarea. Din 1990 familia Rentsch se ocupa doar de predarea tehnicii in forma sa originala, introducand Bowtech in multe tari din toata lumea. Acum sunt sustinuti in munca lor de o mare echipa de instructori dedicati, ce sunt acreditati si inregistrati in cadrul Academiei. Unul dintre primii studenti a fost si\u00a0Andrew Zoppos, in prezent instructor superior si membru onorific pe viata al Academiei Bowen din Australia, care a adus tehnica in Romania in anul 2006, predand si in prezent cu cel mai mare devotament, entuziasm si profesionalism.
